It’s a pool! Why is the regional district looking at enhanced lobby space, two new multipurpose rooms and structural support for a future fitness centre?
We need more pool space and the pool we already have brought up to code. We require a new filtration system and anything else repaired that needs doing.
The pool is the reason we go to Ravensong. Many disabled and seniors use it for pain control and exercise. I have spoken to some people who say that being in the pool is the only time they are pain-free.
All ages use the pool which isn’t something you can say about many other recreational facilities. Use the money for what’s really important.
