The Cariboo Draft Horse Club’s Valentine’s Day sleigh ride held Sunday, Feb. 13 drew in about 350 people who enjoyed a a pleasant sleigh ride during warm and sunny conditions.

Draft horse sleigh ride well attended

The Cariboo Draft Horse club would like to thank everyone who came out in support of its annual Valentine sleigh rid that took place Feb. 13, and it is estimated that nearly 350 people attended and enjoyed horse-drawn sleigh rides on a beautiful sunny day.

World Water Day March 22

The Water Wise program in Williams Lake will have displays set up at the RBC Royal Bank in Williams Lake to mark the day and provide information on ways to conserve water, a mini display to show how aquifers work, and tips for creating a Xeriscape garden that uses little water.
