Update:

A wildfire west of Quesnel near Tsacha Lake is being held, reports the BC Wildfire Service website Friday, April 25.

The fire is estimated to be 9.5 hectares.

A six-hectare wildfire was discovered Thursday, April 24 west of Quesnel near Tsacha Lake.

BC Wildfire lists the fire as out of control. 

The suspected cause is humans.
