Author Dana Reiter and rancher, columnist David Zirnhelt will be at the Williams Lake library Friday, Oct. 4 to discuss a new book by Reiter.
The book, Stewards of the Grasslands: Canadian Ranchers in their Own Words, contains interviews with Canadian ranchers.
It is written to give the public an understanding of the role of ranchers in the conservation of the country's last remaining grasslands.
The event will held a the library program room from 2 to 4 p.m.
