Williams Lake skaters build skills in short track at Prince George events

Speed skaters from the lakecity were in P.G. to attend academy training and races

Two Williams Lake Bullet speed skaters were in Prince George Nov. 17 to 19 to improve their short track skills.

Kayden Ford-Jalbert attended the academy on the Friday, followed by two days of BC Cup racing Saturday and Sunday.

Logan Kelly-Jalbert, took part in the two days of racing as well. The eight-year-old participated as a non-competitive skater in order to experience the bigger races.

Both broke some of their own personal best times over the course of the two days of racing.
