Two Williams Lake Minor Hockey teams were able to take home gold recently.
The U15 Tier 2 rep Williams Lake Timberwolves rep team won gold in Quesnel on Oct. 29.
They won 11-0 against Smithers on the Friday, tied Terrace 5-5 and beat Dawson Creek 8-1 on Saturday. On the Sunday they won their semi-final match-up with Quesnel 7-5 and then beat their second round with Terrace in the final, winning 7-3.
The U11 Development Timberwolves team also brought home some gold after they travelled to Penticton over the Nov. 11/12 weekend.
