Get ready for a weekend of cycling as the BC Time Trial Championships kick off on Friday (May 30) at Victoria International Airport.
The event, a part of the 2025 BC Road Cycling Championships, promises to showcase top cycling talent from across the province.
The race will start at 4 p.m. on Willingdon Road in North Saanich, transforming the area into a challenging and competitive course.
To ensure the safety of participants and spectators, temporary road closures will be in effect.

From 4 to 7 p.m., Willingdon Road will be closed from the western roundabout at the Electra Blvd. exit of the airport terminal to West Saanich Road.
Additionally, West Saanich Road will be closed between Ardmore Drive and Munro Road.
Please allow for extra travel time and consider using alternate routes to avoid potential delays caused by the road closures if you’re travelling to or from YYJ on May 30.
The 2025 BC Road Cycling Championships are organized by the VCL Racing Society and officially sanctioned by Cycling BC.
