For those of you who do not follow politics, CBC News on Thursday night said this: “official letterhead for the Government of Canada documents, which now read ‘the Government of Canada’ is being changed to read ‘the Harper Government.’”
Who is doing it? Harper.
I felt sick. I did not immigrate to Canada 30 years ago to now live in Harpyland, or Harpervokia, or Stephenharperstan.
The unbelievable egomania of Stephen Harper is at work again.
He’s drunk with his lust for majority. This cowardly man cannot even own up and tell the truth in Parliament about the in and out election fraud or the Bev Oda document tampering.
Still he lusts for the ultimate power of a majority and will do anything to get it. It sounds as though he thinks he already is the emperor of Canada.
I’ve never seen better indications of a narcissist (loving your own image) disorder.
Not such a big deal, huh? What would happen down south if the official letterhead was changed to the United States of Obama, or up here the Provincial Government of Christy Clark? Why not Gadhafiland, as long as Gadhafi is in power in Libya? How about the Bush States of America Government? Imagine the outrage.
Are those really any more ridiculous than “the Harper Government”?
This change of all government letterhead, which will cost Canadian taxpayers millions of dollars, does nothing for any Canadians and only serves Harper’s gigantic ego.
If you love Canada, please take two minutes to e-mail King Harper, x the Imperial Harper, with “the Harper Government” or call your MP and demand the parliamentary Government of Canada back.
