Wade (Harold) Cripps

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wade (Harold) Cripps. Born to Harold and Paddy (Wynn Johnson) Cripps on February 11th, 1946, in Williams Lake, B.C.
It was teaching in WL where he met his wife Judy (MacKenzie), who was visiting B.C. on a one-year teaching contract from PEI. They married in August 1971, welcoming Alex in 1973 and Leslie in 1977.
Wade was a caring, loving and kind man to all that knew him. He couldn't help but help those around him - giving years of service to organizations such as Lions Club, High School Rodeo, AA and then the Salvation Army.
Family was also a huge source of enjoyment for him - and he returned that joy with unconditional love & laughter to them.
Rest easy now Dad. Know that your memory lives strong in all that knew and loved you.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 1st in the Big Lake Community Hall from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
