With profound sadness the family of Joanne Armes announce her passing on March 29, 2024, ending her brave battle with cancer. Joanne passed away peacefully at the hospice unit at Dunrovin Park Lodge, with family by her side. Joanne leaves behind her mother Catherine, her daughter Jamie (Ryan), grandchildren Hayden and Maisie, brothers Donald (Carol), Melvin (Shannon), Alan (Kathleen), and sister Renee. Joanne is predeceased by her husband Michael, father Douglas, and brothers Dwayne (Bev) and Bruce. A celebration of Joanne's life will be held at the Williams Lake Legion Hall on June 1st at 1pm.
