Brian Peever

The family of Brian Peever sadly announce his passing on May 16, 2021. Brian was born on July 19, 1946 in Vancouver then his parents moved to Quesnel, BC when he was 2 years old. Brian grew up in Quesnel in the house his dad built for the family.
Brian moved to Williams Lake in 1965 to work at safeway. He met and married Margaret Aiken in 1968 and they had three children.
Brian took on the daunting task of raising 3 kids under the age of 5 after the unfortunate passing of Margaret in February 1974.
Along the way Brian always had an open-door policy with friends and family, if you needed a place or a plate or a drink, as soon as you walked in you were offered all 3 and more.
Brian was predeceased by his wife Margaret (1974), his parents Jim (2000) and Vera (2019).
He is survived by his sister Dorthy Richter of Prince George and his 3 children Rod (Laureen), Niki (Chris) Lyons, Dave (Juanita) and 5 grandchildren Brittney, Mitchell and Tianna Peever and Ashleigh and Hayden Lyons and many many close friends and family.
The family would like to thank Willie and Colleen Dubray and Dr. Magnuson, Christy & Barb for their continued support of Brian right to the end. We would also like to thank everyone who stopped by, brought food and called from far in support of our dad.
He was a legend in our minds.
