In loving memory ~
Passed away peacefully on November 22, 2023 at the age of 98 in Nanaimo Regional Hospital.
Originally from the Netherlands, she immigrated to Canada with her husband Bernard in 1957 and settled in Williams Lake for the next 65 years until her move to Qualicum Beach in 2022.
She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She always had compassion for people and devoted many hours to the Catholic church, the O.A.P.O. and the Williams Lake Seniors Center.
In her later years, she loved to colour, do word searching and teach her caregivers how to play "31" her favourite card game.
Predeceased by her husband Bernard (2015) and her granddaughter Melissa (2021). Lovingly remembered by her daughter Anna Maria (Bill), son Bernie (Rhonda), Grandchildren Bernie and Krystal, Great Grandchildren Cassandra, Jaiden, Vance and Seth, brother Antoon in the Netherlands along with numerous nieces and nephews.
