In a close game Credit Union took an early lead 4-1. But Ground Releaf scored three and stole one making it a 5-4. However Credit union scored two in the seventh and stole one in the last for a 8-7 win.
In the game of the night it saw Speedy Petey’s stealing two after one end and one more after the second end. With great shot-making and some timely misses It was tied 7-7 after seven ends between Speedy Petey’s and the Celtic Group.
With both teams claiming closest to the pin it came down to skips final shots. With a heavy draw Speedy Petey’s nudged the Celtic groups stone giving them shot rock. Celtic Group winning 8-7 in an exciting game.
With one more week to go, final standings will determine a one-night playoff format.
It’s a very close second half to determine who plays who.
