The Williams Lake Skating Club Winter Showcase held Thursday, Dec 19 featured 70 skaters ranging from little ones learning to find their balance to soloists ready to wow the crowd.
Some of the Canskaters only began this fall and it was fun to watch as they glided together with their group.
As would be expected, there were reindeer, elf, Santa and Grinch groups as well as more experienced skaters doing routines to music for the Christmas season.
Soloists included Maya Hoffart, Sunet Engelbrecht, Kaelin MacKinnon, Claire Campbell, Chloe Frizzi, Aubreigh Gentles, Emma Penner, Alyna Obexer, Raya Kalin, Antoan Gaspar, Emiko Li, Braidey Hinsche and Aurora Hoffart.
