Those wanting to compete in the 55-Plus B.C. Games in late September in Nanaimo will have to register within the next two weeks.
In a press release, organizers pointed out that the registration deadline is June 15 and competitions include 8-ball, archery, badminton, bocce, carpet bowling, cribbage, curling, darts, disc golf, equestrian, five-pin bowling, golf, hockey, horseshoes, lawn bowling, mountain bike racing, pickleball, slo-pitch, snooker, soccer, swimming, table tennis, tennis and track and field.
Volunteers are also sought.
Nanaimo and Ladysmith are in Zone 2, Vancouver Island North.
