Students at Columneetza Junior Secondary School are getting a snow day on Wednesday, Jan. 17, but it’s not due to the snow.
School District 27 announced a water line break, causing the closure and shutting down the Columneetza campus today. Buses have also been cancelled.
SD27 said that those already en route to the school would be redirected and arrangements made to bring students safely back home once they’re in touch with their families.
