RCMP continue to investigate after a single vehicle crash on the Likely Road on May 12.
Police responded to the single vehicle incident at 9:47 p.m. on Monday, May 12 near Old School Road in Big Lake.
"Upon arrival, one person was located and unconscious," stated Cpl. Madonna Saunderson, with North District communications services, in an email.
The injured person was taken to hospital with serious injuries, said Saunderson.
"The investigation is ongoing and police believe alcohol may have played a role in the crash," said Saunderson.
She said the investigation will continue and no further details are available at this time but information may be released as it becomes available.
