Oceanside FC is staging summer soccer camps for youngsters aged seven to 13.
The camps will take place in Qualicum Beach community park and Springwood Park in Parksville.
They will be conducted by coach Vladimir Samozvanov and his team, offering skill-building sessions and loads of fun, games and team challenges.
These camps were previously held in partnership with the Regional District of Nanaimo Recreation Department. With renewed energy and fresh name, the Oceanside FC has now managed to stage the camps under their banner.
Whether you’re looking to level up your game or just enjoy some recreational play with friends, the camps will make the experience worthwhile. Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure everyone gets the most out of their experience.
The dates of the camps are:
— July 7 to July 11, Girls only Summer Camp, 9 a.m. to noon daily from July 7- to July 11 at Qualicum Beach Ravensong.
— July 14 to July 18, COED Summer Camp, 9 a.m. to noon daily at Springwood Park.
— Aug. 18 to Aug. 22, COED Camp 9 a.m. to noon daily at Springwood Park
The Oceanside FC has also opened registration for fall soccer season. Registrations are now available for Fall Active Start U4-U6, Fall Pony U6-U9, and Fall Recreation League U10-U18,
