UPDATE:
Fewer residents need to boil their water in the Okanagan Landing and Tronson Road areas.
Operations crews were able to isolate areas affected by the July 2 boil water notice.
Valve repairs were completed late yesterday evening and crews worked until early morning to flush out water mains.
Residents in the area may have reduced water pressure, discolouration of the water, and/or air as the water service returns.
"Please run a cold water tap until the water has cleared," the Regional District of North Okanagan advises. "An outside tap is preferred."
UPDATE July 3:
Crews worked late into the night to fix a localized flood on Okanagan Landing Road Tuesday.
Repairs were made by 11 p.m. and water service has been restored to the affected areas.
