Ribs
• 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
• 1 can tomato paste (15.6 ml)
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup chili powder
• Salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F. Whisk together the tomato paste, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder and salt. Put the ribs into a large roasting pan and then coat with the marinade. Cover with foil and bake until fork tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
