It was with great sadness that I received the news from another Williams Lake friend that Tom Barr had passed away.
I worked for Tom for many years running the kitchen at the Comer Pub. Tom was so much fun to work with =, his sense of humour and care of his customers and staff was second to none.
Working at the Comer was like a family for lots of people thanks to Tom. Most Friday nights there would be a gathering of friends and family. Elmer, Kathy, Roberta, to mention a few.
Tom will be missed by the many people whose lives he touched. I extend my condolences to Alison and Shane and all the family and friends Thanks Tom for all the memories rest in peace.
