UPDATE: Highway 97 re-opens north of Quesnel

RCMP, BCEHS and the Barlow Creek Volunteer Fire Department are on scene

Update:

The Highway has re-opened following both vehicles involved in the collision being towed away. RCMP said there were no apparent injuries.

Original:

Highway 97 has been closed both way north of Quesnel near Ten Mile Lake on Wednesday, April 30. 

Traffic is starting to back up. 

The RCMP, BCEHS and Barlow Creek Volunteer Fire Department are on scene.
