Warmland Church invites everyone to the Crofton Family Spring Carnival on Saturday, May 24 from 2 to 5 p.m. for games of chance, your carnival snacks and lots of community spirit.
With spring in full swing, the event promises to bring a festive atmosphere to Crofton in the tradition of old-fashioned street carnivals that mark the season’s return to outdoor fun.
The street will be closed to traffic in front of the Warmland tent at 1586 Joan Ave. The carnival will take place under the tent and inside the church.
This free event will include carnival games, bouncy castles, face painting, hot dogs, craft table, snacks, photo ops, prizes and more.
Volunteers are welcome and asked to arrive on the day of the event to help with food, games, set up or take down. Contact info@warmland.org for more information.
Warmland Church has organized similar events in the past including the Crofton Easter Street Carnival which drew an estimated 500 attendees.
