PHOTOS: Williams Lake Children’s Festival a buzz with energy

The annual festival ran from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Boitanio Park was alive with youthful enthusiasm during the Williams Lake Children’s Festival Sunday, May 26.

With activities focused on children eight years of age and younger the free event featured such activities as large bouncy castle and slide, face painting, arts and crafts, rabbit petting, a magic show, food vendors, games and more.

Clint Gray the magician, who is originally from Williams Lake and lives in Kamloops, did two magic shows and LeRae and friends performed live music.

The weather cooperated for the most part managing not to rain during the bulk of the festival.

Boitanio Park, however, was greened up thanks to all the rain the city has received in May so far.
