The Williams Lake rodeo season has been officially kicked off by the 29th annual Indoor Rodeo at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex.
Hundreds of lakecity residents turned out to watch dozens of competitors of all ages from across the province, Canada and the United States compete in a variety of events. Rodeo and ranching skill were shown off with flair as the rodeo performers shook off the rust from the winter and got back into the saddle.
