Starting at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct 31, downtown Williams Lake will be coming alive with all types of creatures of the night — or day.

Trick or treating will return to the downtown, and participating businesses will be identified by posters and on a map made available to participants.

Trick or treaters will not need to carry a passport or get stamps, just look for businesses with official downtown trick or treating posters or follow the map which will be provided. Some businesses provide candy treats and others give out other fun options like small toys, books, pencils and water bottles.

There will be a colouring contest as well to enter, look for details coming on the Realm of Toys Facebook page.

Patrons of downtown should be aware there will be lots of children on the roads in the downtown throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Trick or treaters of school age are all welcome.
