Monument Unveiling for the Vernon Girls Trumpet Band Saturday 11-12 @ Civic Memorial Park. Brand-new monument dedicated to the legacy of the Vernon Girls Trumpet Band that more than 6,000 of local girls have been apart of. Performances by the Alumni Band, meet past and current members, staff and the founding family of the band.

National Association of Federal Retirees hosts Koffee Klatch at a new location, Boston Pizza, 11:30 a.m. every third Tuesday of the month. Vernon Photography Club Would you like to learn to take photographs or take your photos to the next level? All levels of experience with any model of camera, are welcome. The Compassionate Friends (TCF) is an international, non-profit, non-denominational, self-help organization for parents who have experienced the death of a child at any age, from any cause.
